Cooling Towers - Dry Air Coolers

In addition to the Carrier Rental Systems fleet of rental chillers we also provide a cooling tower rental service along with a range of dry air coolers for hire.

These units are suited to applications that require a higher water leaving temperature and the rental system can achieve the clients required conditions using free cooling via a rental cooling tower or dry air cooler without the need for chillers.

The cooling towers are modular in design and can be used as single units or connected in parallel to accommodate larger duties. Circulation pumps and connection hoses are also provided as part of the rental cooling tower package which enables the units to be incorporated into site cooling water circuits easily and efficiently.

The dry air cooler rental fleet ranges from single 100kW units to multiple units to give larger capacity packages. These systems are ideal to provide cooling capacity during unplanned maintenance periods as they are extremely easy and quick to install.

The cooling tower rental service provided by Carrier Rental Systems gives clients the ability to plan maintenance periods with the knowledge that site cooling tower water can be maintained during the outage by using a combination of rental cooling towers or dry air coolers.

Applications can also include the installation of equipment during extended lead time periods whilst new equipment is delivered or a client can add additional temporary capacity to supplement an existing site cooling tower system.

It is common that clients incorporate Carrier Rental Systems dry air coolers and cooling towers into site contingency plans to facilitate fast delivery and connection in the event of a failure of the clients own installed equipment.

A full ancillary equipment service is also provided along with a full service and support package throughout the rental period. Prior to the rental, Carrier Rental Systems will also provide their standard service of design, specification and consultation along with the initial free site survey.
