Low Temperature Cooling

Specialist process cooling rental packages have always been a major focus for Carrier Rental Systems. Our standard rental chillers are capable of handling projects with outlet temperatures of zero degrees centigrade and above. We also have a full range of fluid chillers available to provide lower process temperatures to more specialist process cooling rental projects.

These temporary process cooling rental systems can also be provided with a heat exchanger rental package which facilitates connection onto any system which contains a process fluid which is not compatible with ferrous materials.

Plate heat exchanger rental is provided in the majority of cases whilst shell and tube units are used in more specialist applications where heat exchanger rental is required. Design and specification is a major part of this type of process cooling rental project, this is why we work diligently with our clients to provide a bespoke system which will meet the required performance criteria, with or without heat exchanger rental.

For example the low temperature Carrier Rental Systems 390 rental chiller is configured with four compressors and two refrigeration circuits which gives built in contingency and extremely good load management characteristics when faced with a varying process load.
